Check Your Boarding Pass Even Without Internet Connection
On May 19, Eastar Jet announced that it has launched the "Apple Wallet Boarding Pass Service," which allows passengers to store their boarding passes on devices such as iPhone and iPad.
Starting today, after completing online check-in through the Eastar Jet website or mobile web, passengers can click the Apple Wallet icon to automatically save their boarding pass.
By using this service, there is no risk of losing a physical boarding pass, and passengers can access their boarding pass even when not connected to the internet. They can also receive notifications about flight departure, gate information, boarding time, and other flight updates.
Any Eastar Jet passenger using a device with Apple operating system (iOS) version 15.4 or higher can use this service on all international and domestic routes, except for flights departing from China, Vietnam, and Kazakhstan. Since December last year, Eastar Jet has also been operating the Samsung Wallet boarding pass service.
An Eastar Jet representative said, "We will continue to expand mobile-based convenience features in the future."
