The training course consisted mainly of hands-on content, such as putty spatula work and basic automobile coat painting. In particular, painting work is a skill that requires more practical training than theory, and this program was highly evaluated for its effectiveness, as it is also linked to the foundation's employment transition program for future growth industries.
Lee Jinhee, Head of the Convergence Talent Division at Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, stated, "On-site practical competency is the key to fostering technical talent," and added, "We will continue to expand programs that enhance trainees' competitiveness by cooperating with various institutions."
