Busan Office of Education Holds Data Analysis and Utilization Training for Local Government Officials

The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Seokjun) will conduct a two-day training program titled "Data Analysis and Utilization for Everyone" for local government officials at the Educational Research and Information Institute from May 20 to 21.

This training has been organized to enhance public officials' data analysis capabilities and to support them in effectively applying these skills to their practical work.

The program combines both theory and hands-on practice, covering topics such as the concept and necessity of data-driven administration, methods for utilizing public data platforms, analysis of exemplary use cases, and strategies for improving work productivity through AI.

In particular, the program includes a practical lecture on the use of generative AI, which has recently attracted attention in the field of administration. Participants will have the opportunity to directly experience applying tools such as ChatGPT to actual administrative tasks, and will explore ways to improve administrative services using advanced technology.

Superintendent Kim Seokjun stated, "Data-driven administration is an essential element for providing better educational administrative services," and added, "We will continue our efforts to strengthen digital competency, along with fostering an administrative environment that actively utilizes AI and data."
