Regarding Health Concerns: "My Throat Has Not Been in Good Condition"
Lee Junseok, the presidential candidate of the Reform New Party, explained on the 18th that the reason his face appeared red was because he had taken anti-inflammatory medication.
Immediately after the debate, Lee posted on social media, "I would like to thank candidate Lee Jaemyung, candidate Kim Moonsu, and candidate Kwon Youngguk for their efforts in today's debate." He added, "Some people were concerned because my face was red, but in fact, my throat has not been in good condition due to the campaign, so I have been prescribed and taking a lot of anti-inflammatory medication."

During the televised debate that day, Lee Junseok launched a broad offensive against Lee Jaemyung, the presidential candidate of the Democratic Party, on issues such as the hotel economy theory, artificial intelligence (AI) policy, the Grain Management Act, and stablecoins. In response, Lee Jaemyung countered by saying that Lee Junseok was "too extreme" and "distorted" the facts.
