Siheung City to Recruit Preliminary Tenants for 390 Permanent Rental Housing Units

Targeting Four Complexes Including Mokgam, Eungye, and Janghyeon

Siheung City in Gyeonggi Province will be recruiting preliminary tenants for 390 permanent rental housing units in the Mokgam, Eungye, and Janghyeon districts from May 26 to May 30.

The complexes included in the recruitment are as follows: Mokgam Complex 7 with 150 units, Mokgam Complex 13 with 50 units, Eungye Complex 7 with 30 units, and Janghyeon Complex 19 with 160 units.

As of the announcement date (May 15), only residents of Siheung City who are members of a homeless household and meet the eligibility criteria for permanent rental housing can apply. Each household may submit only one application for one housing unit.

If selected as a preliminary tenant, the applicant will be able to sign a contract in order of priority as vacancies occur. The schedule will be individually notified by Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH). Applicants must visit their local administrative welfare center to apply. The results will be announced on November 14 via the LH Subscription Plus website and other channels.
