Experix Signs MOU with Ainut for Investment and Joint Development of Customized AI Solutions

Digital identity verification specialist Experix announced on May 15, 2025, that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with AI solution developer Ainut to provide customized AI solutions for clients.

Through this agreement, the two companies will pursue joint development and technical and sales collaboration for industry-specific solutions, including AI-based healthcare. In particular, Experix is actively considering strategic investment in Ainut as well as securing management rights. The companies also plan to establish a collaborative framework focused on tangible results, including mutual technical and operational support for individual projects and joint marketing initiatives.

With this agreement, Experix has established a dedicated 'AI Business Division' to strengthen its new AI business initiatives and officially enter the AI-driven business sector. In addition, the company has recruited industry expert Kim Daehee as head of the AI division to bolster organizational capabilities. Kim Daehee is an expert with experience in software development, technical sales, AI and RPA development, and overall business management at companies such as N3N, Dialab, Atoresearch, and AskleAI. Most recently, he served as COO/CPO at AskleAI, overseeing AI-based technology planning and organizational management.

Kim Daehee stated, "Experix is a company with strong technological capabilities and a solid customer base in the field of biometric-based digital identity verification. By combining these strengths with AI technology, we can expect significant synergy. Through this partnership, we anticipate that the integration of both companies' AI technologies will generate real synergy in expanding customized AI services, creating new markets, and improving data processing efficiency. I am confident that this will provide substantial support for enhancing the competitiveness and expanding the businesses of both companies."

Experix has also designated AI medical and digital healthcare as new business areas and plans to actively pursue the development of medical and healthcare solutions that combine its bio-authentication technology with AI.

Yoon Sangcheol, CEO of Experix, commented, "With the establishment of the AI Business Division and our strategic investment, we will further strengthen Experix's technological competitiveness and lay the foundation for future growth. The medical and digital healthcare sectors have very high potential for AI technology utilization, and we plan to develop innovative solutions in these fields to enhance our market competitiveness."

Meanwhile, Intellectual Discovery, an affiliate of Experix, was an early investor in FuriosaAI, a leading domestic AI semiconductor company, and has demonstrated a pioneering approach in the AI sector. The recent strategic alliance with Ainut and the establishment of a dedicated AI organization are particularly noteworthy in this context. This marks a significant turning point and a strategic catalyst for Experix as it expands its business focus from digital identity verification technology to new AI-centered ventures.
