Lee Junseok's whirlwind moves... This time, he meets teachers to discuss the "Seoi Elementary School incident"

Morning Visit to Seoul National University of Education for Lunch with Prospective Teachers
Afternoon Meeting and Discussion with the Korean Elementary Teachers Association

Lee Junseok, the presidential candidate of the Reform New Party, will continue his focused activities related to education on May 15, in observance of Teachers' Day.

In the morning, Lee will visit Seoul National University of Education and have lunch with prospective teachers. Previously, on May 13 and 14, he conducted election campaigns in the Daegu and North Gyeongsang (TK) regions, where he visited regional flagship national universities such as Kyungpook National University and Pusan National University to communicate with young people.

In the afternoon, he will move to Seoul Station to hold a discussion with the Korean Elementary Teachers Association under the theme "So That Tragedies Like the Seoi Elementary School Incident Do Not Happen Again."

Given the recent assessment that the exodus of young teachers has become a serious issue, follow-up amendments to the Teacher Status Act and related countermeasures are expected to be discussed.

Then, at 7 p.m., he will move to Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, to conduct a walking campaign at Konkuk University Station.

Originally, the final event of the day was planned to be a campaign near Hyehwa-dong, where Lee's alma mater is located, under the theme "Teacher! Lee Junseok, your student from Seoul Science High School, has come!" However, this plan was changed.
