On May 14, Jungnang District attached magnetic stickers featuring the slogan "My Pride, Our Jungnang" to approximately 5,000 registered taxis in the area to promote the campaign.
The slogan "My Pride, Our Jungnang" conveys two meanings: "My Pride" expresses pride in Jungnang District as it moves toward becoming an educational and cultural city with a promising future and a sustainable, happy city; "Our Jungnang" reflects the intention to build a warm community together in harmony.
The event was attended by the Jungnang Model Drivers' Association, the Jungnang branch of the Individual Taxi Association, and 19 local corporate taxi companies.
Ryu Kyunggi, Mayor of Jungnang District, stated, "I hope this campaign will help spread a positive image of Jungnang District and further strengthen the sense of unity among our residents," adding, "We will continue to do our best to promote the district’s appeal and foster pride among our community members."
