A Total of 510 Million Won Provided in Support as of Last Year
On May 14, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power's Wolseong Headquarters held the 'Rice Seedling Support Event for Gampo-eup and Munmu Daewang-myeon' at a rice seedling farm located in Waeup-ri, Munmu Daewang-myeon, Gyeongju-si.

This rice seedling support program has been implemented annually since 2015 to assist small-scale farmers, and by 2024, a total of approximately 510 million won has been provided.
This year as well, Wolseong Headquarters will support about 54,000 trays of rice seedlings (worth about 80 million won) for around 300 farming households in Gampo-eup and Munmu Daewang-myeon.
Jung Wonho, Head of Wolseong Headquarters, stated, "We will continue to stand with local farmers in their difficulties and carry out various support projects for them."
Wolseong Headquarters is also supporting numerous projects for farmers in the East Gyeongju region, including aerial pest control for rice, the establishment of agricultural infrastructure, and the provision of farming materials.
