The first floor of the building is the Pak Seri Clubhouse, featuring a cafe and a merchandise shop. The second floor houses an exhibition space displaying Pak Seri's US Women's Open championship trophy and the clothing she wore at the time, highlighting her golf history. The third floor serves as a seminar room where lectures and various programs are held.
At the opening ceremony, Pak Seri expressed her thoughts, saying, "I am grateful that a place where sports, culture, and the arts coexist has been created, and that I can play a meaningful role here. Going forward, I will nurture younger athletes and engage with the community to make this a place filled with health and happiness."
Lee Sangil, Mayor of Yongin Special City, commented, "A unique multi-purpose cultural platform, unlike any other in the country, has been established to bring joy to our citizens. I expect it will become an open space where people can enjoy both sports and culture."
Approximately 400 people attended the opening ceremony, including sports stars who are friends of Pak Seri such as Sun Dongyeol, Park Chanho, and Park Taehwan, officials from Yongin Special City Hall, and representatives of sponsoring companies. At Pak Seri's suggestion, a golf charity event was also held. Kang Mansoo, former Minister of Strategy and Finance; Kim Youngjin, Chairman of Handok Pharmaceuticals; Kim Sunhee, Vice Chairman and CEO of Maeil Dairies; Kim Jooyoung, Chairman of Serenity Golf & Resort; and Lee Junyoung, Chairman of the Jurywon Scholarship Foundation, participated to raise a total donation of approximately 100 million won.
