'Cheongna PEAKONE Prugio' Embracing the Future Value of Cheongna International Business District to Launch Sales at the End of June

'Cheongna PEAKONE Prugio' Embracing the Future Value of Cheongna International Business District to Launch Sales at the End of June

Cheongna Smart City Co., Ltd., the project developer of Cheongna International Business District, has officially launched the mixed-use brand 'PEAKONE', located at the heart of the core development axis of Incheon Cheongna International City. The company plans to begin sales of 'Cheongna PEAKONE Prugio' by the end of June.


'PEAKONE' represents the one and only spot at the peak (PEAK) of Cheongna International City, encapsulating the locational value of the Cheongna International Business District. It is attracting attention as a residential complex where residents can immediately enjoy the privileges of a fully developed international business district upon moving in.


'Cheongna PEAKONE Prugio', the first project to be supplied in the Cheongna International Business District, will be located on Office Site Block B1 in Cheongna-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon. The complex will consist of four buildings, ranging from five basement levels to 49 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,056 units, each with an exclusive area of 84 to 119 square meters. The complex boasts a maximum height of 49 floors, offering ocean views of the West Sea and city views of the International Finance District. It will be built as Incheon's first residential officetel with an indoor balcony (service area).


'Cheongna PEAKONE Prugio' is a super-station area complex, with the International Business District Station on Seoul Subway Line 7 (tentative name, scheduled for 2027) located about a five-minute walk away. Additionally, several major infrastructure projects are underway, including the Third Link Bridge (Incheon Airport to Cheongna, scheduled for completion in 2025), direct connection plans for Airport Railroad Line 9 (Incheon Airport - Cheongna - Yeouido - Sinnonhyeon), undergrounding of the Gyeongin Expressway (construction to begin in 2029, completion planned for 2032), and the GTX-D and GTX-E double metropolitan express railways.


Within a 10-minute drive is Starfield Cheongna, Korea's largest mega-complex cultural shopping mall (scheduled for 2027), and Seoul Asan Cheongna Hospital (scheduled for 2029) is just a 7-minute drive away. The area is also close to various lifestyle amenities such as Costco, Homeplus, Lotte Mart, Munhak Park, Lake Park, Beach Park, and Sunset Park.


The educational environment is also excellent. Elementary and middle school sites are planned within about a five-minute walk from the complex, and Incheon Physical Education High School and Dalton Foreign School are located within a 1.5 km radius. Dalton Foreign School, along with Chadwick International School in Songdo International City, is recognized for offering accredited Korean academic credentials, boasting an outstanding educational environment.


Mammoth-scale development projects that are expected to increase future value are also noteworthy. Nearby, there are plans for Hana Dream Town (scheduled for 2026), Incheon Robot Land (scheduled for 2028), a medical complex town (scheduled for 2029) that will house research centers for KAIST and Harvard Medical School, a visual culture complex (scheduled for 2029), an international business district (planned for 2033), and Cheongna City Tower (planned).


For the first time in Incheon, indoor balconies have been introduced, allowing for customization into various spaces such as a home cafe, study room, playroom, pet room, or indoor sauna. With the recent approval for balconies in officetels, the appeal and investment value of residential officetels are being further enhanced.


The complex will also feature a wide variety of community facilities, including a fitness club, golf practice range, G/X room, sauna, laundry lounge, cafeteria, kids' playroom, moms' station, residents' meeting room, open library, study room, party room, open kitchen, and guest house. Breakfast service (planned) will also be provided. In addition, each unit will have its own separate storage room, maximizing convenience for residents.


A sales representative stated, "With its super-station area location on Line 7, as well as parks, malls, hospitals, and other multi-faceted lifestyle infrastructure, there are high expectations for this project as a landmark of Cheongna International City. It will be the optimal choice for those seeking a residential complex with top-tier brand value in Cheongna."


The 'Cheongna PEAKONE Prugio' sales promotion center is located in Cheongna-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon.
