to Strengthen Local University Competitiveness
BNK Gyeongnam Bank announced on the 13th that it has signed a business agreement with Gyeongnam National University to establish a smart campus platform aimed at enhancing university competitiveness.

The signing ceremony, held at the International Seminar Room of the main building of Gyeongnam National University, was attended by Heo Jonggu, Vice President of BNK Gyeongnam Bank, Lee Juhyung, Vice President of BNK Gyeongnam Bank, Hong Jeonghyo, Vice President for Academic Affairs of Gyeongnam National University, and other related officials.
Under the agreement, the two institutions will cooperate in building a "mobile-exclusive smart campus platform for university students," a project currently being promoted by BNK Financial Group, in order to strengthen the competitiveness of local universities.
The smart campus platform "CampusRak," which will be established through this project, will integrate various functions essential for university life?including mobile identification cards, electronic attendance, messaging, facility reservations, and comprehensive administration?into a single mobile app. This will allow students and faculty to access most campus facilities and services using their mobile phones and smartwatches.
The use of this integrated app, which enables users to check everything from student ID cards to academic schedules at a glance, is expected to significantly enhance students' digital experience (DX) and learning environment, thereby contributing to the strengthening of university competitiveness.
BNK Gyeongnam Bank plans to provide all necessary services related to the establishment and operation of the smart campus platform to enhance the competitiveness of Gyeongnam National University. The bank also aims to continuously upgrade the platform to develop it into the top-tier smart campus service in Korea.

Meanwhile, the smart campus app "CampusRak," currently being promoted by BNK Financial Group, is an app service that consolidates academic functions necessary for university life. The name combines "Campus," representing the university, and "Rak" (樂), meaning enjoyment, to convey the message "Enjoy your campus life."
