Dong-A University (President Lee Haewoo) announced that Okey has donated a smart real estate information analysis platform valued at 30 million won. The university has installed the 'Woori Dongne Anshim Real Estate AI-BOX' kiosk in the lobby of the Comprehensive Lecture Hall at the Bumin Campus and has begun full-scale operation.

The donation ceremony, held on May 9 at Dong-A University's Bumin Campus, was attended by President Lee Haewoo, Graduate School of Real Estate Dean Kang Jeongkyu, Okey CEO Hwang Soonok (currently enrolled in the Graduate School of Real Estate), and Student Council President Nam Jimin (senior, Department of Global Business), among others.

The 'Woori Dongne Anshim Real Estate AI-Box,' equipped with advanced information technology, is based on Okey's real estate information analysis platform 'Ojirapper.' It provides users with visual services such as checking the jeonse price ratio by region, real-time residential environment analysis, warning notifications, and key transaction information.

In particular, it is expected to be highly useful in the low-cost housing market, such as multi-family housing and villas, where information asymmetry is severe. In addition, by providing real-time information on areas at risk of jeonse fraud and transaction cautions, it is expected to enhance transparency in the housing lease market and contribute to the prevention of damage in advance.

Lee Haewoo, President of Dong-A University, said, "It is meaningful that the university can now play a practical role in preventing jeonse fraud, which is the most common housing problem faced by university students and young people."

Kang Jeongkyu, Dean of Dong-A University's Graduate School of Real Estate, said, "Recently, the number of young people unable to recover their deposits due to jeonse fraud has surged. The installation of this kiosk is an important first step toward safe housing."
