'Goyang The Sharp Foretna' Accepts First-Priority Applications on May 13

On May 9 (Friday), the POSCO E&C consortium opened the model house for 'Goyang The Sharp Foretna' and officially began sales. As a large-scale branded apartment complex that is rare in Goyang City, the project has been highly praised by visitors for its excellent product quality and diverse community facilities.

'Goyang The Sharp Foretna' is being supplied through the Wondang District 1 Housing Redevelopment Project, and consists of 17 buildings with 2,601 units, ranging from three basement levels to a maximum of 35 above-ground floors. Of these, 636 units with exclusive areas of 39 to 74 square meters are available for general sale. The announcement of successful applicants will be made on May 20 (Tuesday), and the contract signing for eligible applicants will be held over three days from June 8 (Sunday) to June 10 (Tuesday). The model house is located in Dongsan-dong, Deogyang-gu, Goyang City, Gyeonggi Province.
