On Tuesday, the 13th, temperatures in some regions are forecast to approach 30 degrees Celsius during the day, indicating hotter weather than in previous years.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 12th, the morning low on the 13th is expected to range from 9 to 17 degrees Celsius, while the daytime high will reach between 20 and 29 degrees Celsius.

The forecasted minimum and maximum temperatures for major cities are as follows: Seoul, 15 and 25 degrees; Incheon, 14 and 23 degrees; Daejeon and Gwangju, 13 and 26 degrees; Daegu, 12 and 28 degrees; Ulsan, 13 and 25 degrees; and Busan, 15 and 22 degrees Celsius.
Due to the influence of a high-pressure system, clear skies are expected, leading to higher daytime temperatures. The temperature difference between day and night in inland areas is forecast to be around 15 degrees Celsius. In the inland regions of North Gyeongsang Province, the daily temperature range is expected to be around 20 degrees Celsius.
In the morning, dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters is forecast for inland North Jeolla Province and South Jeolla Province. In other regions, fog may also reduce visibility to less than 1 kilometer in some areas.
On the west coast of central Korea and in Gangwon Yeongdong, strong winds with maximum instantaneous speeds of 55 kilometers per hour (70 kilometers per hour in mountainous areas) are expected to continue through the 13th.
At sea, in the distant offshore areas of the central and southern parts of the West Sea, winds are forecast to blow strongly at 30 to 45 kilometers per hour (8 to 12 meters per second) from the afternoon of the 13th, with waves expected to reach heights of 1 to 2.5 meters.
