Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on May 12 that it has opened the housing exhibition halls for the A7 and A8 blocks within the Bucheon Daejang district, part of the third phase new towns.
These complexes previously accepted advance applications in December 2021, and the notice for resident recruitment was released on April 30. At the time of advance applications, Block 7 recorded a competition rate of 23 to 1, while Block 8 recorded 9 to 1. The complex consists of a total of 865 units, of which 673 are allocated for advance applicants and 192 for general sale. Both blocks offer only one unit type, with an exclusive area of 59 square meters for all households.

The sale price is in the 520 million won range. Due to the price ceiling system, a resale restriction of three years from the announcement date of the successful applicants is imposed. There is no mandatory residency requirement. Applications will be accepted on May 19, with the announcement of successful applicants scheduled for next month. Contracts will be signed in September, and move-in is targeted for January 2028.
The housing exhibition hall is located in Cheongna-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon. The exhibition was open to advance applicants for two days starting on May 10, and from today, general applicants can visit for one week. A cyber model house is also available. LH President Lee Hanjoon stated, "As concerns grow over a contraction in housing supply and a prolonged downturn in the construction industry, the need for proactive public policy has increased. Accordingly, LH plans to supply 8,000 public housing units in the third phase new towns this year without delay."
