Gyeongnam Bank Provides 2 Billion Won in Low-Interest Loans to Yangsan Small Business Owners

Signing of the 'Small Business Hope Sharing Win-Win Finance Business Agreement'

Gyeongnam Bank announced on May 9 that it had signed the 'Small Business Hope Sharing Win-Win Finance Business Agreement' with Yangsan City.


On this day, Kim Taehan, President of Gyeongnam Bank, visited Yangsan City Hall and held the 'Small Business Hope Sharing Win-Win Finance Business Agreement Ceremony' with Na Dongyeon, Mayor of Yangsan.


Under the agreement, Gyeongnam Bank will provide unsecured and non-guaranteed low-interest loans of up to 20 million won per person to individual business owners in the Yangsan area with annual income of 40 million won or less, within a total limit of 2 billion won. The repayment method is installment payments within five years, and there is no prepayment penalty.

Small business owners in the Yangsan area who wish to apply for credit loans can inquire in advance and then visit a Gyeongnam Bank branch located in Yangsan.


This year, Gyeongnam Bank has increased the limit for the Small Business Hope Sharing Win-Win Finance program to 33.5 billion won and is operating it across all 18 cities and counties in Gyeongnam Province as well as throughout Ulsan Metropolitan City.


President Kim stated, "BNK Gyeongnam Bank is doing its utmost to be a reliable partner for local small business owners even amid the economic downturn. The more difficult the times, the more we can overcome them together. We will continue to introduce ways to support small business owners, including low-interest loans and professional consulting."
