Gradient Relocates Headquarters Amid Expansion, "All-In on Accelerating Growth"

Sci-tech leader Gradient announced on May 8 that it has relocated its headquarters to 511 Samseong-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and established a new work environment to accelerate the growth of its new business ventures. Its subsidiary, iMarketKorea, has also moved to the new location.

The new building has been designed as a smart office, reflecting the concept of a hub office and expanding space in line with business growth. Shared workspaces have been created for employees based in regional offices and subsidiary staff to use freely. By enhancing collaboration between affiliates, fostering synergy between organizations, and strengthening both internal and external communication, the company has significantly improved work efficiency. All shared spaces are equipped with a digital building management solution from space-based service platform company PNPT (Pinpoint), enabling reservations and real-time usage checks via a mobile app, thereby further increasing the efficiency of space management and convenience for employees.

Various new amenities have been added for employees, further improving staff welfare. A lounge has been set up to provide a relaxation area, a reception area for visitors, a maternity protection room, and a library, creating an environment that supports employee refreshment.

A Gradient representative stated, "The relocation of our headquarters marks the starting point for realizing the future business direction and dynamic organizational culture that Gradient aspires to," and added, "Based on a flexible work infrastructure that can swiftly respond to the rapidly changing industrial environment, we will further accelerate the growth of our new businesses."

Gradient was established in April 2022 after Interpark spun off its e-commerce business unit. Inheriting the DNA of Korea's first online shopping mall, Interpark, Gradient is leading innovative business trends in various fields such as bio, environment and energy, and content platforms.

Its key affiliates include iMarketKorea, a B2B industrial materials distribution specialist; Gradient Bioconvergence, a company specializing in organoid-based new drug candidate discovery and efficacy evaluation platforms; and Therapex, a company focused on research and development of targeted anti-cancer drugs.
