These artist employees produced various artworks, including oil paintings and balloon art. The pieces have been exhibited in different areas of the company, such as employee lounges, the sales department, and meeting rooms.
Last year, LS Securities hired artists with disabilities and has since been supporting their economic independence and creative activities. The company has also fulfilled the legally mandated employment rate for people with disabilities as stipulated by the Act on the Employment Promotion and Vocational Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities.
The artist employees engage in activities such as creating paintings, sculptures, and mugs. LS Securities plans to display these works internally and use them as marketing items for clients.
In addition, LS Securities is practicing ESG management through various social contribution activities, including coal briquette sharing volunteer work, maintenance of barrier-free paths in ecological parks, cleaning of the National Cemetery, and energy-saving campaigns.
A representative from LS Securities stated, "We are considering various social contribution initiatives that can expand voluntary participation among employees and benefit society," adding, "We will continue our efforts to contribute to the local community and set an exemplary case for ESG management."
