Scored 98.6 Points in Evaluation of 22 Institutions... Selected as Top Performer
"Will Continue to Implement Integrity Policies"
Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) announced on May 7 that it has ranked first for the second consecutive year in the "2025 Seoul Metropolitan Government Investment and Funded Institutions Anti-Corruption Policy Evaluation."
SH Corporation was selected as the top institution, earning a total score of 98.6 points in the evaluation, which was conducted among 22 investment and funded institutions in Seoul (six investment institutions and sixteen funded or invested institutions).
The Seoul Metropolitan Government Investment and Funded Institutions Anti-Corruption Policy Evaluation is a system that assesses 13 unit tasks across four areas carried out by each institution over the past year. SH Corporation achieved perfect scores in 11 indicators, including implementation of basic anti-corruption plans, fulfillment of institutional improvement recommendations, and efforts to strengthen public service discipline and internalization of codes of conduct.
Hwang Sangha, President of SH Corporation, stated, "This achievement is the result of all employees working together to meet the growing public demand for anti-corruption and integrity," adding, "We will continue to implement effective integrity policies that meet the expectations of citizens."
Meanwhile, SH Corporation also achieved its highest-ever rating and the top rating among local public enterprises in the "2024 Comprehensive Integrity Evaluation of Public Institutions" conducted by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission. This year, the corporation is focusing on strengthening integrity leadership among senior management, expanding communication with stakeholders to improve areas vulnerable to corruption, and promoting internal whistleblowing and related education and publicity, with the goal of achieving the highest grade in overall integrity.
