On May 7, 11st announced the launch of "11st Plus," a new program that expands its free membership benefits.
11st Plus is an upgraded service that adds more detailed, category-specific benefits to the existing free membership program, "Family Plus," which rewards members with 11Pay Points when they achieve purchase goals.
Any 11st customer who joins 11st Plus can enjoy a variety of benefits, including: ▲Mart (up to 5% back in 11Pay Points on purchases of daily necessities with a rewards tag), ▲Beauty (upon entering skin information, seven discount coupons for up to 25% off over 100 popular beauty brands are automatically issued on the first day of each month), and ▲Digital (exclusive special offers for students upon verification). In addition, exclusive cart discount coupons are provided for 11st Plus members.
Since the launch of its free membership program in November last year, 11st has rapidly increased its customer base, recently surpassing 700,000 members. As of last month, the repurchase rate among members was more than 60% higher than that of non-members, and the average order value was nearly 50% higher.
Lee Youngjin, Head of Marketing at 11st, said, "With rising prices and the ongoing economic downturn putting pressure on customers' budgets, we have upgraded our free membership benefits so customers can enjoy more perks without worrying about subscription fees." Lee added, "We plan to further enhance 11st Plus by introducing additional category-specific benefits, including those for fashion and living."
