The enforcement suspension period will run from 9:00 a.m. on May 3 to 6:00 p.m. on May 6. During this time, citizens will be able to park their vehicles freely in various areas throughout the city center.

This measure is intended to help citizens more conveniently use local businesses with their families and to revitalize the stagnant downtown commercial district.

However, Gumi City announced that enforcement will continue using mobile CCTV cameras and the Safety Report System in the following areas: within 5 meters of fire facilities, within 5 meters of intersections, within 10 meters of bus stops, on crosswalks and sidewalks, on yellow double lines and safety zones, and in child protection zones in front of elementary school main gates.

Citizens are advised to exercise caution, as parking in these areas may result in penalties such as fines.

Gumi City Mayor Kim Jangho stated, "During this holiday period, we will do our best to provide parking convenience for citizens, promote local economic revitalization, and ensure that everyone can enjoy a safe and warm holiday with their families."
