Gwangju Bukgu Council will be accepting resident reports throughout May ahead of the 2025 administrative audit scheduled for next month.
According to the Bukgu Council on May 1, this call for reports is part of the preparations for the administrative audit to be held during the 303rd 1st regular session from June 17 to 25, and will be open from May 1 to May 31.

Eligible reports include cases of illegality or unfairness related to district administration projects, suggestions or proposals for improvement regarding major policies and administrative operations, and cases of improper subsidy receipt or budget waste. Submitted reports will be used as reference materials for the audit and may be reflected in actual council activities.
However, reports that raise concerns about invasion of privacy, personal attacks or false slander, simple requests for civil complaint resolution, matters under investigation or trial, and anonymous reports will be excluded.
Reports can be submitted via the Bukgu Council website, by visiting the council office, by mail, or by fax. The identity of the informant will be strictly protected and kept confidential.
