The officially assessed individual land price serves as an indicator used as the basis for calculating various taxes and fees. This year, the increase rate is 3.48%. The highest land price is 11,410,000 KRW per square meter for parcel number 404-5 in Sutaek-dong, a commercial area near Doldari. The lowest land price is 3,630 KRW per square meter for parcel number San52-1 in Acheondong, located near the north side of Daeseongam.

To check the officially assessed individual land price, residents can visit the 'Real Estate Public Price Notification' website, the Land Information Division at Guri City Hall, or their local Administrative Welfare Center.

Landowners or interested parties who have objections to the finalized and published individual land prices can submit an objection form to the Land Information Division at City Hall or to their local Administrative Welfare Center by May 29. Submissions can also be made by fax or registered mail.

Objections submitted will be reviewed by certified appraisers and deliberated by the Guri City Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee. Adjusted results will be published on June 26.

Additionally, to enhance the transparency and reliability of the individual land price assessment process, Guri City will operate the 'Certified Appraiser Consultation System' during the objection period again this year.

The 'Certified Appraiser Consultation System' allows landowners and interested parties to directly consult with the certified appraiser responsible for verifying the individual land price assessment results. Those wishing to receive a consultation can visit the Land Information Division at City Hall or apply by phone.
