Korean Air to Operate Special Mileage Flights for Spring Travel in May and June

Special Mileage Flights to Jeju from Busan and Gimpo
During May Golden Holiday and June Memorial Day Holiday

Korean Air announced on April 28 that it will operate "special mileage flights" for bonus seat users during the spring travel season in May and June.

To coincide with the May golden holiday, Korean Air will operate special mileage flights on the Busan-Jeju route. These special flights will be available for priority booking with mileage on May 2 and May 5 during designated time slots.

The flight departing from Busan will leave Gimhae Airport at 5:10 p.m. and arrive at Jeju Airport at 6:10 p.m. The return flight from Jeju will depart Jeju Airport at 6:55 p.m. and arrive at Gimhae Airport at 7:55 p.m.

Special mileage flights will also be operated during the upcoming Memorial Day holiday in June. From June 1 to June 8, Korean Air will operate special flights on the Gimpo and Busan to Jeju routes during specific time slots, allowing priority booking with mileage. For flights departing from Gimpo, a total of 32 flights will be scheduled over eight days, split into morning and afternoon time slots to enhance convenience for travelers. For flights departing from Busan, a total of four flights will operate in the afternoon on June 5 and June 8.

The detailed schedule and reservations for these special mileage flights can be checked on the Korean Air website or mobile app starting April 28.

A Korean Air representative stated, "By operating special flights from Gimpo and Busan to Jeju, a route that has recently gained popularity as a filming location for popular dramas, we aim to enhance convenience for customers using mileage and contribute to revitalizing the local economy." The representative added, "We will continue to expand ways for customers to conveniently use their mileage in the future."
