Korea Venture Business Association Offers Recruitment Information Exclusively from Outstanding SMEs

Online Recruitment Hall Opens on Saramin
"A Space of Trust Introducing Verified Companies"

The Korea Venture Business Association announced that it will officially open the "2025 Youth Job Excellent SMEs Online Recruitment Hall" for young job seekers on the Saramin platform on April 29.

This recruitment hall is an online-exclusive platform that selects and provides only real-time job postings from outstanding Youth Job Excellent SMEs. It is designed to help young job seekers access and apply for high-quality information more easily and quickly.

Youth Job Excellent SMEs are jointly selected by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, based on criteria such as profit generation capability, the number of jobs provided, compensation including wages, employment stability, and work-life balance. The goal is to improve the perception of small and medium-sized enterprises among young people and to provide high-quality job information.

A total of 706 companies will be featured on the online recruitment hall, including 280 companies designated as 2025 Youth Job Excellent SMEs and 426 companies designated as 2024 Youth-Friendly Excellent SMEs (excluding duplicates).

A representative from the Korea Venture Business Association stated, "This recruitment hall is a 'space of trust' that gathers only verified job postings from Youth Job Excellent SMEs for young people who may find it difficult to navigate the multitude of job announcements," adding, "It is designed to help young people seeking good jobs and excellent SMEs waiting for talented individuals to effectively connect with each other."
