NongHyup Financial Group announced that on April 25, it held the 'NongHyup Financial DT Steering Council' at its headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, with the participation of chief digital officers from all its affiliates.
The meeting was organized to accelerate digital innovation across its affiliates in response to the rapidly expanding influence of digital platforms. The event began with a lecture on 'Fintech and Financial Innovation' by Naver Pay Vice President Cho Jaebak.
This was followed by an in-depth discussion on the future direction of NongHyup Financial's flagship platform, 'NH All One Bank.' Participants shared outstanding service cases from competitors, discussed strategies for customer-tailored real-time marketing using both internal and external data, and explored ways to discover killer services. The goal was to develop strategies to make the platform more attractive so that customers would choose it first.
There was also a consensus on the importance of collaboration among NongHyup affiliates to deliver differentiated services unique to NongHyup Financial.
Chairman Lee Chanwoo stated, "Now, platforms are more than just service channels; they continuously enhance customer experience and quality of life and determine the fundamental competitiveness of financial institutions. Let us focus our capabilities on creating a Daily & Life financial platform that becomes the center of future financial life, with flexible thinking and a spirit of challenge that overcomes limitations."
