This program, which began in 2014 under the name "Healing Camp," is now in its ninth year. It has become an event aimed at strengthening long-term partnerships with partner companies.
This year's workshop will be held in two sessions at Gangwon Inje Speedium until the 30th. The workshop targets approximately 300 small and medium-sized partner companies that do business with Lotte Department Store. Executives and buyers from Lotte Department Store's Merchandising Division will also attend, with the goal of providing a practical platform for capacity building and communication.
The lectures will focus on practical expertise to help strengthen the capabilities of partner companies. Topics include survival strategies for the rapidly changing retail industry, practical communication skills learned from an announcer, and motivational know-how shared through the stories of football legends, among others.
There will also be communication and team-building programs to strengthen partnerships. "Night of Communication," a program where partner companies and buyers share their concerns and challenges faced in business, is designed to promote understanding and unity. In addition, team-building recreation activities and local experience programs such as trekking at Baekdamsa Temple will be offered.
Park Sungchul, Head of External Cooperation at Lotte Department Store, stated, "We believe that mutual growth with our partner companies is of utmost importance, which is why we are committed to planning programs like the Together Workshop that can provide real support for our partners' development." He added, "We will continue to create opportunities for capacity building and communication going forward."
