A Practical Workbook for Store Management from the Start
"We Aim to Support Owners' Management Challenges"
Baedal Minjok has introduced content that consolidates expert insights and know-how for foodservice business owners facing an era of high inflation, high costs, and low growth.
On April 23, Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baemin, announced the release of the "One Day One Foodservice Management Guidebook," which brings together the expertise of 12 foodservice advisory members who have been active over the past year and the on-site experience of foodservice business owners.

Previously, to help improve the productivity of foodservice business owners, Baemin launched a foodservice advisory group last year, composed of 12 key experts including professors, researchers, chefs, and industry professionals specializing in foodservice. Over the past year, the group has held regular meetings to gather insights into the foodservice industry.
The "One Day One Foodservice Management Guidebook" has been designed for a wide range of users, from those just starting their businesses to owners seeking to grow their establishments. Rather than simply delivering information, the guidebook has been created as a practical workbook that encourages owners to reflect and find answers on their own. The guidebook is available as a free PDF on the Baemin Foodservice Plaza website, making it easily accessible to anyone.
The guidebook is organized into four chapters, which cover the core themes of store management: ▲ Increasing Our Store's Sales ▲ Reducing Our Store's Costs ▲ Multiplying Our Store's Growth ▲ Dividing Our Store's Profit and Loss. It is structured around 21 questions and actionable solutions, offering practical content that can be immediately applied in the field by business owners.
To celebrate the release of the guidebook, Baemin is hosting various events on the Baemin Foodservice Plaza. Until May 6, a foodservice management guidebook quiz event will be held on the platform. In addition, next month, limited edition physical copies of the guidebook will be given to selected readers who share how they have applied the guidebook's lessons to their businesses.
Furthermore, to help strengthen the management capabilities of foodservice business owners, Baemin will offer educational programs linked to the guidebook. Baemin Academy will hold a course on "Labor Cost Optimization" starting May 15, and on May 22 will host a "Menu Pricing Strategy Workshop."
Kwon Yongkyu, Head of the Business Owner Center at Woowa Brothers, stated, "Based on the insights accumulated over the past year with the foodservice advisory group, we aim to help business owners diagnose their stores and achieve strategic growth on their own."
