Participation in the '2025 World Korean Business Convention'
91 Export Consultations Worth $4.15 Million Also Conducted
Cheonan City in South Chungcheong Province announced on April 22 that 11 local companies signed export contracts worth a total of $3.6 million (approximately 5.1 billion KRW) at the '2025 World Korean Business Convention' held in Atlanta, United States, starting on April 17.
These companies conducted export consultations totaling 91 cases and $4.15 million in value, focusing on products such as alcoholic beverages, artificial intelligence (AI) robots, and cosmetics. As a result, they secured 9 contracts worth $3.6 million.
In particular, Green AI, a company specializing in AI robot manufacturing, not only signed 3 contracts worth $2.1 million but also participated in the startup pitching competition and received the Innovation Award.
LuanPak, a cosmetics distribution company, also achieved export results totaling $1.3 million through 4 contracts.
A city official stated, "Through this convention, we were able to confirm the potential for Cheonan companies to enter the global market," adding, "We plan to continue supporting the enhancement of export competitiveness for local businesses through various channels."
Meanwhile, prior to participating in the Atlanta convention, the companies also promoted mutual development by discussing ways to activate exchanges in the social, economic, and cultural sectors with PG County, an international sister city.
