Six Ready-to-Eat Dishes Featuring the Signature 'Kick' of Chefs Lee Kyungrae and Choi Hyunseok

On April 22, Emart24 announced the launch of its 'Chef's Kick' lineup to deliver a differentiated gourmet experience.
'Chef's Kick' is a new private label (PL) from Emart24, with product development participation by chefs Lee Kyungrae and Choi Hyunseok. As the brand name suggests, the products feature the unique 'kick'?or secret touch?of these renowned chefs.

The products being launched by Emart24 include six items: four developed in collaboration with chef Lee Kyungrae?Kkanpunggi & Kkanpung Mandu (7,900 KRW), Kkanpung Chicken Burger (4,500 KRW), XO Crab Stick Fried Rice Triangle Kimbap (2,000 KRW), and Gyeongjang Yuksa Kimbap (3,800 KRW)?and two developed with chef Choi Hyunseok?Sweet Pumpkin Cream Gnocchi (5,900 KRW) and Truffle Mushroom Burger (4,900 KRW). These will be released sequentially starting from the 23rd.
The collaborative products with chef Lee Kyungrae use his signature special sauce. Various 'kick points' have been incorporated, such as generously topping the ingredients to enhance both color and texture. In particular, to best capture the flavor of chef Lee Kyungrae's secret sauce, the chef personally conducted multiple tastings to achieve the optimal flavor balance.
The two products co-developed with chef Choi Hyunseok are the Sweet Pumpkin Cream Gnocchi and the Truffle Mushroom Burger. Several 'kick points' have been applied, such as adding sweet pumpkin to the cream sauce and highlighting the truffle aroma. Notably, the burger featuring gnocchi and truffle cream sauce is a menu item never before offered by Emart24, and is intended to provide convenience store customers with a restaurant-quality taste experience.
To commemorate the launch of 'Chef's Kick' products, Emart24 is holding a promotional event until April 30, offering a 30% discount on these items when purchased with select cards (Samsung, Woori, Hana) or Kakao Money.
Meanwhile, since the beginning of this year, Emart24 has been actively pursuing new changes by launching 'Sangsangui Kkeut,' a PL brand focused on ultra-low prices, 'Sangsangui Him,' a series of unique products, and now 'Chef's Kick' in collaboration with renowned chefs.
Kim Jiwoong, head of Emart24's PL Development Team, stated, "'Chef's Kick' was created so that customers who cannot physically visit popular chef restaurants?currently a major trend?can enjoy convenient meals infused with chefs' special touches.
