On April 21, Foodist signed a business agreement at its headquarters in Yongsan-gu, Seoul with Gyeongnam Trade and K2 Trading Inc. Following its entry into Guam last year, Sikjaejae Wang plans to expand its distribution network this year to six states on the U.S. mainland: New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Florida. Sikjaejae Wang aims to strengthen local partnerships and pursue entry into major distribution channels. Foodist is a B2B food distribution and food service company, operating in food ingredient distribution, contract meal services, PB product development, and directly managed supermarkets.

Seonho Park, Vice President of Sales at Foodist, stated, "We believe that Sikjaejae Wang's cost-effectiveness and the gourmet experiences created through collaborations with various dining brands will also succeed in the global food ingredient market." He added, "When entering distribution channels, we plan to organize various events so that local consumers can experience the unique food culture of K-food, which emphasizes both taste and health."
