Gyeonggi Yangju Technovalley and Eunnam General Industrial Complex are scheduled to be completed in phases starting in 2026, and from May this year, the sale of land for logistics facilities will begin, signaling the full-scale supply of customized sites for local businesses.
This agreement was established to ease the financial burden on companies preparing to move in and to support their stable settlement and long-term growth.
Under the agreement, companies recommended by Yangju City will be eligible for a loan of up to 80% of the land sale price, preferential interest rates ranging from a minimum of 0.2 percentage points to a maximum of 1.2 percentage points per year depending on company size and industry, and various tailored benefits through the Korea Development Bank, including loans for construction costs and operating capital.
As a result, companies moving into local industrial complexes will be able to receive even stronger support, and Yangju City is expected to take another step forward as a key industrial hub in the northern metropolitan area.
