Agreement with Nagoya-Based Companies Interested in Investment
Visit to the Osaka EXPO Corporate Pavilion
The Gwangyang Bay Area Free Economic Zone Authority (Commissioner Koo Choongon, hereinafter referred to as Gwangyang FEZ Authority) announced that it will conduct investment promotion activities targeting materials and components companies in the Nagoya region of Japan interested in investing in Korea, and will visit the Osaka EXPO corporate pavilion during a six-day schedule from April 20 to April 25.
This investment promotion activity is being carried out as part of the "Foreign Investment Attraction Project Commercialization Support Program" in cooperation with KOTRA.
In addition, the authority plans to hold an investment briefing session for companies in the Nagoya region interested in investment, conduct on-site consultations with companies such as Sugie Seiki, Ito Precision, and Elephantech, and sign business agreements with three companies: O Corporation, Y Corporation, and L Corporation.
Koo Choongon, Commissioner of the Gwangyang FEZ Authority, stated, "Through this investment promotion activity in Japan, we aim to establish global cooperative relationships with materials companies planning to enter the Korean market, and achieve tangible investment attraction results through in-depth consultations with potential investors."
