Expanding Product Lineup for Convenient Dietary Fiber Intake
On April 21, Hyundai Pharm announced the launch of two new products: 'Miero Fiber Kids', a dietary fiber beverage for children, and 'Miero Fiber Zero Sugar', a sugar-free version of its existing Miero Fiber drink.
Miero Fiber Kids is characterized by the refreshing and sweet taste of orange concentrate. It contains 4,000mg of dietary fiber, 20mg of vitamin C, and 1.7mg of zinc, which supports immune function, all formulated to promote healthy growth in children.
In particular, the product has reduced sugar and calories, taking children's health into consideration. It contains no artificial flavors, preservatives, or colorants, and has received the 'Children's Preferred Food Certification' from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, which is awarded to safe and nutritionally balanced children's foods. The product is manufactured in a HACCP-certified facility.
The packaging features a safe push-pull cap for ease of use by children, and the label includes the 'Miero Five' character, inspired by vegetables, to enhance familiarity and appeal.
Launched alongside is Miero Fiber Zero Sugar, a new product that retains the refreshing taste and aroma of Miero Fiber while eliminating sugar, allowing consumers to enjoy it without concern for sugar intake. Each 180mL can, designed for single servings, contains 4,500mg of dietary fiber.
A Hyundai Pharm representative stated, "With growing interest in health, we have expanded our product lineup so that a wide range of consumers, from children to adults, can conveniently consume dietary fiber according to their individual lifestyles." The representative added, "We will continue to lead the domestic dietary fiber beverage market by introducing new products tailored to various age groups and lifestyles."
