The participants visited Daesong Industrial Complex, Gwangyang Port, Hwanggeum Industrial Complex, and Yulchon 1st Industrial Complex in sequence. At each site, they listened to explanations about the development plans and current progress for each zone and had the opportunity to vividly experience the process of creating industrial complexes.

The employees who participated in the tour shared their impressions, saying, "Projects that we had only encountered on paper now feel real, and we feel a sense of pride in contributing to the creation of industrial complexes that represent Jeonnam."

Goo Chungon, Commissioner of the Gwangyang FEZ Authority, stated, "There is more to learn in the field than at a desk in administration," and added, "We will enhance practical skills through regular on-site tours and provide substantial support to local companies and industrial complexes."

Meanwhile, the Gwangyang FEZ Authority is developing 17 industrial complexes across six specialized zones within a 57.08 km² area covering Yeosu, Suncheon, and Gwangyang in Jeonnam and Hadong in Gyeongnam. With a total project cost of 16.3845 trillion KRW, the development is actively underway with the goal of completion by 2030.
