The Buan-gun Rural Experience Tourism Association (President Chae Myungsim) will hold a free hands-on event for local residents and tourists at Gosapo Beach on the 19th.

According to the Buan-gun Rural Experience Tourism Association on the 16th, this event is designed to promote rural experience tourism that highlights the unique characteristics of Buan. Anyone interested can participate in various experience programs by registering on-site.

The Rural Experience Tourism Association is a voluntary research group of farmers organized to enhance expertise and competitiveness in farming households, and is fostered by the Agricultural Technology Center.

The event, hosted by the Rural Experience Tourism Association and sponsored by the Korea National Park Service, will feature a variety of programs including barley bread making and cheonggukjang making as cooking experiences, lotus leaf rice tasting as a gourmet experience, hands-on activities using Buan's local agricultural specialties, and craft programs such as hanji, burning, and keyring making.

In particular, the beautiful scenery of Gosapo Beach, where the event will be held, is expected to provide visitors not only with enjoyable activities but also with breathtaking sights.

President Chae Myungsim said, "This is a meaningful event that promotes the charm of rural areas and creates a space for communication where local residents and tourists can come together," adding, "We will continue to develop and promote various programs that utilize local rural resources."
