Korea's leading travel and leisure platform Yanolja has launched an all-in-one solution for pension operators called 'BookingHub.'
'BookingHub,' Yanolja's new pension reservation and management solution, offers real-time booking functionality along with integrated sales and data management. Pension operators can use both the PMS (property management system) for reservation data management and the booking engine with real-time reservation features simultaneously upon adopting the service.
The biggest advantage of BookingHub is its ability to automatically supply products to all domestic and international travel platforms (OTAs) connected with Yanolja, thereby infinitely expanding sales channels. Operators can sell products on their own websites, SNS, blogs, etc., while simultaneously managing the quantity of accommodation inventory sold on OTAs through BookingHub. This helps prevent overbooking, significantly reducing customer complaints.
Additionally, there is strong support for the initial stabilization of pensions adopting BookingHub. Yanolja expands partner promotions and dispatches photographers to take facility photos. Follow-up close management by sales experts is also provided.
The solution adoption cost is zero, minimizing the burden on business operators to 'zero.'
Kim Raeyoung, Head of Pension Sales at Yanolja, said, "BookingHub is the best way to steadily increase sales and easily manage room inventory," adding, "More detailed consultations are available through Yanolja's pension sales organization."
