The Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education Training Institute (Director Kim Miran) will conduct the 'Secondary School Principal Future Education Leadership Academy Job Training' for about 30 secondary school principals at the Training Institute and other locations from the 18th to May 22.
This training has been organized to strengthen the management capabilities and leadership of school principals based on the key educational policies of the Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education.
The training will proceed with group-based thematic exploration activities by the trainees, focusing on key educational policies such as understanding Busan's education policies, creating a happy school culture, and school management strategies in the AI era. It will be operated as a self-directed, design-based autonomous training, where participants manage everything from planning and execution to sharing outcomes themselves.
Additionally, a two-day, one-night field training is scheduled to enhance autonomous management leadership, including visits to regionally distinctive institutions in Gunwi, Daegu and Pohang, Gyeongbuk, as well as ecological/environmental and historical/cultural experiential activities.
Kim Miran, Director of the Training Institute, said, "I hope this job training will provide school administrators with an opportunity to cultivate an innovative mindset for school culture and seek practical alternatives to school and educational issues through proactive and collaborative learning."
