Lotte Construction has changed its safety and health education method. Instead of focusing solely on theory, the company is operating a program that anyone can understand and immediately practice throughout the entire organization.

According to Lotte Construction on the 11th, the company introduced a 'Safety Golden Bell' quiz in which on-site workers directly participate. Sixty-one essential on-site rules were presented as true or false quizzes to make learning fun. Those who answered the most questions correctly receive rewards. The program was piloted for safety and health personnel in February and March, and when expanded to actual workers, the feedback was that it was "an enjoyable and beneficial time."

Every Friday, a 'video safety training' session is held. Site managers, supervisors, and safety officers listen to the core content within 30 minutes. The training covers major safety regulations, accident prevention methods, and accident case studies. Since it can be accessed from anywhere without location restrictions, it has been praised as "short and practical."

Content to improve understanding of the Serious Accident Punishment Act has also been prepared. Instead of dry legal texts, a 'Serious Accident Punishment Act Pocketbook' in comic format will be distributed to all employees and partner company managers in April. Previously, a test was conducted on the company intranet, achieving a correct answer rate exceeding 90%, indicating that employees properly understand the legal provisions.

New audiovisual materials have also been introduced. Actual accident cases have been made into artificial intelligence (AI) animations for repeated viewing. Additionally, the safety experience center offers mini scaffolding and equipment practice, as well as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training, to enhance on-site response capabilities.

A Lotte Construction official stated, "We plan to continue conducting educational programs in various ways to raise basic knowledge and interest in safety among employees and workers."
