Law firm Hwawoo is launching an 'Estate Settlement Service' for heirs.
According to Hwawoo on the 11th, the 'Estate Settlement Service' of the Asset Management Center is a service that diagnoses financial, legal, tax, and real estate-related risks that may arise after inheritance and provides customized solutions. It focuses not only on 'senior asset management' but also on 'dispute prevention.' Its top priority is to mediate conflicts and disputes among heirs to help preserve family relationships.
The law firm-type estate settlement service is operated by Senior Specialist Bae Jeong-sik, former Hana Bank Living Trust Center Director Park Hyun-jung, lawyer Yang So-ra, and lawyer Heo Si-won.
Currently, Hwawoo Asset Management Center advises on specialized inheritance plans such as the design of substitute wills trusts, and provides comprehensive asset management services including trust and real estate diagnosis and management, financial advisory through the asset dispute team, tax advisory team, financial advisory team, and tax litigation team. The intention is to offer all law firm services related to inheritance consultation and estate settlement.
