The Westin Chosun Seoul announced on the 9th that it will introduce a wine and champagne pairing promotion.

First, at the American wine & dine 'Ninesgate,' the 'Champagne Secret Gate' will be held on the 18th of this month and the 23rd of next month from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Guests can enjoy unlimited servings of three champagnes carefully selected by the sommelier, paired with complementary small dishes.

Until the 31st of next month, the 'Spring Sharing Delights' promotion will be offered on weekday evenings only, featuring menus paired with wines using seasonal spring ingredients. The menu is designed for sharing among three people and includes a 'Kale Salad' tossed with cilantro and chicken leg, finished with peanut dressing, a 'Grilled Vegetable Platter' served with Imsil Halloumi cheese, and the main dish, 'Wagyu Flower Sirloin Steak.'

At the Chinese restaurant 'Hongyeon,' a new 'Peking Duck Cart Service' has been introduced, where the chef personally brings the Peking duck on a cart to the table. Until the 30th, customers ordering Peking duck will receive two glasses of sorghum liquor as part of a special event. This menu is available for hall seating only, during lunch and dinner after 1 PM except on Saturdays.
