Training for External Instructors and Program Staff
Suncheon Office of Education recently announced on the 8th that it successfully held the '2025 Neulbom and Secondary After-school External Instructor Integrity Training and Workshop' for about 300 external instructors of Neulbom and secondary after-school programs in the district.

In addition, to strengthen the practical capabilities of school field staff, a '2025 Neulbom and Secondary After-school Program Operation Guide Training' was also conducted for about 80 staff members in charge. This training, held twice in April and July, aims to promote stable and substantial operation of Neulbom School and secondary after-school programs, increase satisfaction among students and parents, and ultimately enhance the integrity awareness of education stakeholders.
The training focused on practical content applicable in the field, including: ▲Key points and changes in the Neulbom and Secondary After-school Program Operation Guide ▲Student safety management measures ▲Integrity training ▲Sexual violence and child abuse prevention education.
Huh Donggyun, Superintendent of Education, stated, "Neulbom and secondary after-school programs are valuable educational processes where students can discover their talents and nurture their dreams," adding, "We will do our best to actively reflect voices from the field so that practical and sustainable operations can be achieved."
Suncheon Office of Education plans to continue strengthening the capabilities of the education field through various training and support, and will make ongoing efforts to establish student-centered after-school program operations.
