Barrier-Free Kiosk Also Unveiled
Mocoplex announced on the 7th that it will participate in the largest domestic franchise industry expo held at COEX, the '2025 First Half IFS Franchise Startup & Industry Expo,' showcasing the franchise integrated operation management solution 'QRO Biz' experience zone.
Marking its 58th edition this year, the IFS Franchise Startup & Industry Expo is a franchise event hosted by the KFA Korea Franchise Association, with about 350 companies and brands participating, running until the 12th.
At this expo, Mocoplex will participate in the 'Industry Exhibition' section where key franchise partners gather, operating a booth where visitors can directly experience QRO Biz’s table and smart order functions along with major features such as ▲automatic participation in review events ▲automatic sending of revisit messages.
Moreover, Mocoplex will introduce the 'QRO Barrier-Free Kiosk,' which implements barrier-free functions on existing kiosks without cost burden by installing the QRO program equipped with directional keypads and voice guidance for visually and hearing-impaired users.
QRO Biz features Mocoplex’s AI marketing and QR code technology combined table order service ‘QRO’ along with ▲integrated online and offline point management system ▲delivery customer inflow and visit inducement solution ‘QRO Delivery’ ▲franchisee customer management (CRM) system, maximizing operational efficiency for franchise headquarters and stores.
Based on this, QRO Biz secured over 200 offline stores as franchisees, including large franchises, within one month of its official launch, providing customized solutions by industry such as food and beverage, lodging, and fashion.
