Meiai announced on the 3rd that it has added the interactive AI agent feature 'mAsh Insights' to its visitor data analysis solution 'mAsh'.
mAsh is a solution that analyzes store closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage based on its proprietary deep learning technology to help achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as visitor and purchase conversion rates, and suggests improvement directions.

'mAsh Insights' is an interactive AI solution that combines mAsh's visitor data analysis capabilities with a large language model (LLM). Users can obtain customized analysis results through the 'AI Analysis Feature' on mAsh's web dashboard, 'mAsh Board'.
Meiai plans to expand cooperation with client companies in the future, continuously improve inference algorithms, and introduce an 'automatic report generation feature' that automatically collects and analyzes visitor data.
A Meiai representative stated, "We plan to develop this AI agent into a tool that deeply reflects the work environments and expertise of corporate practitioners, providing customized actionable plans that can be immediately utilized on site."
