The Shilla University Center for Teaching and Learning Development (CTL) held the '2025 Welcome to CTL' program 12 times throughout March for new and current students, aiming to encourage participation by introducing and promoting its learning support programs. A total of 469 students participated in the event.
This program was conducted in the form of "on-site briefings," where departments registered in advance and the center visited them. Various learning programs were introduced, and a survey was conducted among new students to assess their learning support needs. Small commemorative gifts were provided to students, which received a positive response.
Kim Yunhee, Director of the Shilla University Center for Teaching and Learning Development, said, "We hope this served as an opportunity for both new and current students, who may not be familiar with the university, to learn about various learning programs and receive support for their campus life. We will continue to provide full support so that students can quickly adapt to university life and make the most of their time here through the programs offered by the Center for Teaching and Learning Development."
The Shilla University Center for Teaching and Learning Development is dedicated to the growth and competency development of students by designing and operating programs tailored to their needs, such as 'A+ Challenge,' 'Visiting Thursday Customized Lectures,' 'Learning Consulting,' 'Shilla Learning Mentoring,' 'Baekyang Tutoring,' and 'Faculty-Student Major Competency Enhancement.'
