‘Dongnae Bando Yubora,’ located in Dongnae-gu, Busan, will hold its second-priority subscription on Wednesday, April 2.
Developed by S&D Co., Ltd. and constructed by Bando Construction, ‘Dongnae Bando Yubora’ consists of three buildings ranging from three basement floors to a maximum of 42 floors above ground, with a total of 400 households. All units have a preferred residential exclusive area of 84㎡, attracting strong interest from actual buyers.
The second-priority subscription will be held today (the 2nd), with the announcement of winners scheduled for Tuesday, April 8. The official contract signing will take place over three days from Monday, April 21 to Wednesday, April 23.
The complex offers excellent transportation connectivity, within walking distance to Dongnae Station on the Donghae Line of the Busan Metro, Nakmin Station on Line 4, and Gyodae Station on Line 1.
