Donation Delivered to Hope Bridge
"Wishing for Quick Recovery Without Further Damage"
Faker (real name Lee Sang-hyeok), a professional gamer belonging to the eSports team T1, participated in the donation campaign for wildfire damage recovery.
T1 announced on the 1st that Faker donated 50 million KRW to the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association. The donation will be used to provide emergency relief supplies, operate temporary shelters, and support recovery and the return to daily life for residents affected by wildfires in regions such as Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam.
Faker said, "I hope this can be of some help to the victims affected by the recent wildfires," adding, "I wanted to contribute to helping them return to a stable daily life as soon as possible." He also added, "I pray that no further damage occurs and that recovery proceeds quickly."
Meanwhile, Faker has continued his positive influence by supporting children in need of nutrition and education through UNICEF's 'Faker Package' and by aiding flood victims in 2022.
