Vocational Competency Assessment Institute Conference Held: "Establishing AI and Digital Transformation Training Systems"

Announcing an Innovation Roadmap
on the 10th Anniversary

The Korea University of Technology and Education's Vocational Competency Assessment Institute held the '10th Anniversary Ceremony and Future Vision Policy Conference' on the 1st at EL Tower in Seocho-gu, Seoul.

The conference was held to review the Vocational Competency Assessment Institute's achievements over the past 10 years and to share future development strategies. More than 200 participants, including officials from the Ministry of Employment and Labor and related organizations, representatives of training institutions, and assessment committee members, attended the event to engage in in-depth discussions on vocational training innovation.

Lee Jang-hee, president of the Vocational Competency Assessment Institute, who gave the keynote speech, said, "On the occasion of the 10th anniversary, we will establish a vocational training system suitable for the era of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation" and added, "We will develop a more systematic vocational competency development training assessment and evaluation system."

Established in 2015, the Vocational Competency Assessment Institute plays a role in improving the quality of vocational competency development training in Korea through assessment, evaluation, and consulting of vocational competency development training institutions and training courses.
