'KOSME IR Mart' Held for Companies Supported by Growth-Sharing and Investment Conditional Financing

The Small and Medium Business Corporation (SBC) announced on the 30th that it held the '2025 1st Super-gap & New Industry KOSME IR Mart' targeting promising companies with excellent technology and growth potential.

'KOSME IR Mart' is a customized investment attraction program promoted bimonthly by SBC every year, selecting specific themes such as regional innovation and global export companies to support investment attraction and growth of small and medium ventures.

This investment attraction briefing (IR) was held on the 28th via online live streaming, with six companies operating in the super-gap and new industry sectors that received growth-sharing loans and investment conditional financing through SBC’s investment and loan complex financing method, along with six investment professional venture capital (VC) analysts participating together.

The companies participating in the IR were ▲Kabilab (AI-based orthopedic surgery planning solution) ▲Hogreen Air (hydrogen fuel cell integrated solution) ▲Space & Bean (electromagnetic wave and radiation shielding material technology and solutions) ▲EverIndus (sodium-ion battery cathode material manufacturing) ▲Software Convergence Research Institute (non-invasive biosignal chronic disease diagnosis service) ▲Ispark (AI-based manufacturing process design automation and DX·AX roadmap service), totaling six companies.

The main content was divided into two parts: Part 1 consisted of a 10-minute pitch where participating companies introduced their technologies and growth potential to investors, followed by a Q&A session with investors. In Part 2, more in-depth investment discussions took place through one-on-one matching consultations between IR participating companies and interested investors.

Kim Il-ho, Director of Corporate Finance at SBC, said, “We hope this event will serve as an opportunity for venture companies in the super-gap and new industry sectors supported by SBC to communicate directly with private investors and lead to actual investment attraction,” adding, “We will continue to actively strive to discover promising companies with high future growth potential and expand opportunities for private investment attraction through IR strategies and post-IPO follow-up support.”
